I offer a range of web design services spanning from an online one-page advertisement to a fully functional site with integrated store. Information websites support to your business by providing additional reading to your hard copy materials.

One-page ‘business card’ website – a basic presence on the internet
Content should be kept to no more than one side of A4 and these should really be simple online business cards.

Basic site – up to and including five pages
Suggested format: Homepage, About, Contact, Services and Links pages.

Additional pages – charged per page after ‘Basic site’ of five.

Effective market research will be carried out and advice will also be given in terms of content and usability.

Ready-made templates are not used. All designs and layouts are produced professionally, customised to your individual requirements and will be appropriate to your business's target market.

For a new project several designs and layouts will be produced and PDF proofs provided. As part of the design process you can amend designs and layouts until you're totally happy before site development even begins. Please see my FAQs for details of the design process.

Website maintenance

Once a site is up and running it's imperitive to maintain regularly. Visitors will expect to see a well-maintained and regularly updated site holding current information.

Search engines also rank sites that are regularly updated higher so you should think about amending or adding new content at least every 3 months as a guide.

I offer several packages for on-going site maintenance, whether it's regular updates or one-off amendments.

Fully optimising a website for the leading search engines is a time-consuming, but crucial task and although results won't be seen overnight the outcome can only be favourable if you'd like your website to rank higher in organic search engine results.
