A solid brand identity (or corporate ID) is absolutely critical in building business / customer relations, and essentially increasing demand for your product or service. Your business's branding will carry the message of who you are and what you're all about - and then help people to recognise and remember you.
Who exactly is your target market? How do your competitors present themselves? What message do you really want to get across? These are the first important questions you should be asking yourself.

Logo design and usage guidelines
Your logo is quite possibly the most important element of your business's branding. No matter what market you operate in you should always have this graphical presentation of your business's name.
Within seconds your logo needs to create a positive and lasting impression of your business - its mere usage will project a more professional appearance.
All logos should be accompanied by a strapline and you'll be surprised at just how powerful that strapline is!

All my design work is original and bespoke - unique and tailored to promote your business's specific message. All designs are produced professionally and will be appropriate to your business's target market.
For a new project several designs will be produced and PDF proofs provided. As part of the design process you can amend designs until you're totally happy before final artwork is produced. You will be provided with your logo in a range of formats. Please see my FAQs for details of the design process.
Once the logo is in place it's important to define its usage guidelines i.e. stating a minimum and/or maximum size is can appear at, how it will appear in mono and much more. I can also help put this documentation together for you.

Corporate colour scheme, font usage guidelines, business documentation templates
Following on from your logo creation is really establishing your corporate ID. This is done by presenting your business using appropriate choices of corporate colours and defined house-styles which all help to build the brand and support the logo.
This involves the production of house-style documentation detailing the corporate colour scheme and usage guidelines for all business communication (including colours for on-screen and print) and will include font usage guidelines.
Also available: document templates i.e. invoice design, fax and memo coversheets, standard business forms etc.

Business stationery design
Professionally designed and printed business stationery is a basic essential. It's a small investment to build a stock of matching stationery which includes business cards, letterheads and compliments slips, all of which are essential when conducting general business.
I can liaise with printing-houses for you, or simply supply artwork meeting your own printer's file specifications.
